I’ve heard of reiki before but never tried it. Just a few days ago I got really sick with a headache, stomach pain, and nausea. I was recommended to try it out and I was happy I did. Bryan pointed out areas where he felt a lot of activity in such as my stomach but on top of that he noted pain in my right hip. That’s something I didn’t mention and wasn’t entirely focused on but have been experiencing for quite some time. He was great at explaining things, I was able to ask many questions, and he even followed up with me the next day. I felt comfortable working with him. I didn’t instantly feel better but he explained it may take time especially since it was my first time. I did feel better late next day and I want to change my eating habits along with some other things he mentioned relating to work and stress. I got the package deal and I’m excited to continue working with Bryan in the upcoming sessions I’ve booked.

I recently learned about reiki and wanted to try it out since I heard all the benefits it can do for my wellbeing. I tried the distance reiki sessions for a few months with Bryan. I really didn’t know what to expect but I can say that I have noticed a difference over the course of the sessions. Bryan pointed out some of the areas I have strong energy in and he also put extra focus on the areas I had low energy in and then explained ways I can boost energy flow to those parts. He pointed out that I needed to get out in nature more to feel more grounded. It makes sense bc I work from home in my office for a living so I don’t get out much. Besides this, I was able to feel a difference in my mood and was more cognizant of things in my life that were causing me stress and how I should reframe myself. Overall, it was a great experience bc Bryan made me feel comfortable, easily explained things I didn’t know, and was able to help alleviate problem areas for better energy flow.

I’ve had a few reiki sessions with Bryan and I can already feel the healing benefits of reiki being amplified after each session. Bryan takes the time to listen to your concerns and questions and fully explains the process. I felt really safe receiving reiki from Bryan because he is nonjudgmental and offers thoughtful answers to any questions I may have. I’ve noticed that I am more relaxed and feeling less tired after receiving reiki. Bryan also takes the time to follow up with you the day after to make sure you are feeling your best self. I am very grateful to have received reiki from Bryan and will be coming back for future appointments.
