(March 5, 2023, 4:14 pm)I've been here a handful of times, and the staff are nice and helpful. I particularly appreciate the staff over at the shoe department! I had needed new hiking boots, and I must've asked to have so many different boots in different sizes. They were also helping me choose, joking around and helping not make it such a frustrating process. It was a good time; I appreciated them keeping it together and not getting frustrated. There was also the fitting room attendant that was really nice and friendly. This location just has a pretty good atmosphere; someone always checks in on you to see if you have questions or if they can recommend something. Recommend this location for the customer service; the selections aren't too bad either.

(January 15, 2023, 2:41 pm)We love REI to get hiking boots. The staff has always been helpful in the past at other REIs, and this one was no different. We must have tried on 10 different boots, and Dave was helpful, friendly, informative, and patient.
