First and foremost, we are fortunate to have found a realtor for life. We consider Michelle, our trusted friend when it comes to dealing real state. Our first experience with Michelle begun last year when we sold our house. With her great knowledge and expertise she sold our house way more than our asking price. Michelle and her hardworking team provided all the instrument and knowledge to make our house sell with ease. After we sold our house, we went to ahead looking for our forever home. Rather than dropping me until I resolved the issues, Michelle recommended several attorneys and the one I worked with was excellent.
The property was my parents’ house being sold after their death. The whole process took months, was fraught with legal and other set-backs, and emotion — but Michelle was with me every step of the way.
And when escrow finally closed, she sent me a box of lemons! — from the tree in the back yard that my father had planted when my parents had first moved in to that house: Michelle knew how much that tree had meant to so many family members. Because of this thoughtfulness , I was able to send lemon seeds from that tree to a number of grateful relatives who will now carry on that legacy.
