Working with Devin was easily the highlight of our home buying journey! We cannot recommend him enough, especially to anyone who is buying their first home. Devin was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind, and generous with his time throughout our search. He wants clients to feel comfortable with each decision along the way, and never pressures the client into something they aren't ready for.

Alongside those wonderful traits, he's also an expert negotiator. When we learned he was already working with a client for a house we were interested in bidding on, we decided not to proceed working with someone else on the bid because we felt so strongly that we would lose in any negotiation against Devin.

Devin is very empathetic and genuinely listens to help you hone in on exactly what you are looking for and value in a home. We started our search in one city, and after seeing some homes with Devin and learning more about the local markets from him ended up shifting focus to another city. He puts the client in the drivers seat of all decision making, yet is there as a resource to give honest opinions and reality checks when needed.

We also completely underestimated how much a realtor's connections and reputation would matter in this process. We were always in awe of the great relationships Devin keeps with other realtors, and how that helps the client. We couldn't have done this without Devin, and can't imagine working with anyone else. After an extensive (joyous!) search with Devin, we landed in a home in a location we originally thought was unattainable for our budget, with a much bigger layout and square footage than we ever could have dreamed of (with a view and walkability- Devin truly made the impossible possible). This is all thanks to Devin's expertise and guidance! We can't thank Devin enough.
