Quality Plumbing was one of the few plumbing repair services still accepting calls ~6pm. Our water heater had bit the dust earlier that day, and we needed a solution quickly.

Drigo answered his phone, and after a quick discussion with my husband, we set up an appointment the next day.

They arrived on time, and they were polite and professional. They quickly got to work taking out the old tank and installing a new one. After, they showed me how it worked.

My only complaint (and it's minor) is that I wish we would have had the option to purchase a tankless heater for them to install. It's likely also out of their hands -- chances are, the setup for that is more involved. I don't hold any of this against them.

We had hot water back within 24 hours of the old heater dying. I am so thankful for that.

Our garbage disposal took its last breath and we called Quality Plumbing for replacement and Mr. Drigo was prompt to the rescue. He was punctual, quick to complete the job and everything was kept clean when it was all said and done. Quality Plumbing never disappoints and is highly recommended. Service Date: 4/17/23

Drigo was super friendly, prompt, and efficient, and easy to communicate over text. He removed a gas line so we could replace our stove with an electric one, and set expectations about what the work would involve upfront, and cleaned up the area after he was done.

I contacted Quality Plumbing & Drain Service for a quote to replace a leaking water heater. Drigo was able to come that same day and provided a very competitive quote. During the consultation he thoroughly addressed my questions and concerns, clearly explained the scope of work needed, and made suggestions to correct a piping issue that was previously ignored when my old water heater was installed. He didn’t try to up-sell me or use sales-pitchy language – I did a lot of research on my own prior to receiving any quotes – so I was confident he was competent, and most importantly, straightforward and honest. Although a different company would’ve been able to replace my water heater that same day, I decided to move forward with Drigo despite having to wait a couple more days due to the holiday weekend. In the meantime, he provided excellent communication (via text) regarding the parts ordered and when he’d arrive for the job.

On the day of installation, Drigo arrived on time and got right to work. When he was finished, he showed me how to turn on the pilot and gave me an overview about the heat settings. Throughout the process he was friendly, professional, and efficient. He even followed up with me later that evening to ensure everything was working properly.
