Pure Barre

Love PureBarre! The teachers are wonderful & the environment is so inviting. The classes are great for toning, burning and strengthening. Increasing the strength of my abs and back muscles has helped tremendously with the back pain I experienced before joining. If you’ve been thinking about joining, give it a try! I was hesitant at first too but now so glad I did.

Pure Barre is my favorite workout! I love that I always feel challenged in a new way with each class because the instructor varies the moves to work a different little hidden muscle that I didn’t even know I had. I cannot do cardio workouts, so Pure Barre is perfect for me since I’m never out of breath, yet I’m always working to the point of muscle fatigue. I feel great every time I finish a Pure Barre class. The instructors are super friendly and knowledgeable, and they give lots of helpful adjustments to correct my alignment and form. Pure Barre is the best for toning and stretching my body in a comfortable and positive environment.

I love Pure Barre San Rafael! All the Instructors are skilled, personable, patient and super friendly! They learn your name on your first class, and they also will give each member of the class personalized guidance when needed - They will show you how to master each position during class! This workout is very challenging, but not boring or too difficult.
I feel energized after the class! I highly recommend it to anyone!

I just moved to San Rafael and feel so lucky to have found this studio. The owner, Shannon, made me feel completely welcome from the very start and the entire team is always friendly, helpful, and inviting. After my first week of classes, I was officially hooked, and have been pleased to see fast results in just my very first month at Pure Barre! I feel so much stronger and always challenged! This workout is the perfect complement to other activities and exercises, including surfing and snowboarding.
