She didn’t have the exact spot we were looking for at her location, but she found it for us in the area quickly and efficiently so we didn’t have to keep driving around. Showed us the units, heard us wondering about packing supplies so gave us a few tips, as well as a supplies price list to make our shopping planning easier, and told us all about how the facility works. I noticed she locked up before leaving the office to show us around...... just part of their security awareness.

The individuals I’ve interacted with on the phone have been professional and efficient. I would especially like to highlight the exceptional customer service provided by Michelle, the property manager. In addition to her welcoming demeanor, her unfaltering support has been instrumental in making this a seamless process.
