went to see a unit latrice was very nice and helpful and the facility was very clean looking forward to storing here when the time is right

At first, I had trouble trying to get a unit on line. So I went to the office and got a unit the old fashioned way.... Face to face with a real live person! The young man that helped me was very helpful and made sure I understood everything. I was real happy when he rang me up and my cost was $22 less than my on line price! My 10 x 10 unit is a great deal at a damn good price.

I am new to this area, and also first time need storage.. so i reserved and checked in personally to see the space, and I met Vianca , she was super amazing and so helpful. She took the time to help me and public storage is lucky to have her

was very helpful and Compassion to my needs. I was very upset due to the loss of a job and my home needing a place to store my belongings unfortunately Her storage did not have The size storage I needed So she went over and beyond to make sure that I got a reservation online at Martinez miss California. I was very fortunate to be able to meet Vianca Gonzalez. Anyone who meets Vianca Gonzalez will get the best customer care and help. She is a blessing for me. I had to come and meet her in person so, I told her I was come to her store for packing supplies. Such as boxes packing paper and tape Wardrobe boxes. I was happy that I came in in person. Once again I left with a happy face.
