Jus stopped in for brief moment to get some info. The young lady behind the desk,Melissa was a breath of fresh air. Knowledgeable well spoken and had a great attitude. If I do get the storage unit. I wil definitely be getting there. Thank you Melissa.

This public storage unit is extremely clean the customer service is above and beyond if your ever looking for someone who is attentive, responsible, and quick on her feet that genuinely cares for their job and her customers look for Ivon she is the most helpful person you can find she welcomes you with a smile warm and go out of here was to make sure every customer leaves with a smile

Ivon the Site Manager & and if there are any others that assist there at the Public Storage at 1625 Main St, Oakley, CA 94561, she is amazing and so are they.

I am beyond greatful the property looks amazing, so clean and well kept.

I really appreciate all the security and the innovative, cutting edge technology that the company has for us customers i.e. the keyless entry option to enter and exit the gate, and I also love the standard/traditional manual code entry as well its excellent!

Thank you so much Ivon is a assist to the company in my opinion.
