As a first time storage unit renter, I would highly recommend Rochelle because she made the renting process simple and painless -- ensuring that I was able to get into my storage unit set up in time for my move. She took the time out of her day while working over time (on a Saturday night!) and helped me with an error on their online system. She was incredibly helpful and I couldn't ask better experience. Had it not been for her, I likely would’ve cancelled and not used Public Storage because I kept getting errors while trying to complete my e-rental online, but because I got on the phone with Rochelle she made the process so much easier, and overall, I just came away feeling really good and with everything all set up.
