The manager Jennifer was great! She made sure we were able to get the best deal. We had a storage at a different location and we were thinking about moving to this one. She discussed with use all our options and even put in a request to see if she could get us a better discount and stay where we were. Thank you so much Jennifer for going the extra mile!!

We had a really wonderful experience renting out a storage unit here, all thanks to Keoni!! She is a gem. Seriously. I didn’t know renting a storage unit cold be such a pleasant experience. And the units are nice and clean too. Thank you Keoni!

Found this location online and got a great promotional deal. When I visited the site in person I was pleasantly surprised at how huge, nice, and clean this place is. There was only one person there, her name was KEONI, and I am here to tell you what a gem she is. She managed to handle the incoming phone calls and get me registered within minutes. Best customer service I have ever had, hands down

KEONI is a great rep! She answered all our questions, explained everything about our terms and showed us a great unit to move our stuff into. Positive energy the entire time, and always has a smile. That's great customer service. If you need a storage unit, she's the one to go to!

Bianca was incredibly kind and helpful, and made the storage set up process quite easy. All the staff here are very accommodating and made adjustments for me as my schedule and storage needs changed. The 5x5 locker is surprisingly large for the price, and the units were quite clean and well maintained. Overall great experience, thank you Bianca!
