Amazing service!! Tim at the Lafayette location is so incredibly helpful and kind. I was struggling to have my payment go through and he helped me every step of the way to figure it out. Overall he is super experienced and I can tell he really knows his stuff! Would definitely recommend going to him if you have any questions about anything.

Update: I already moved out and the moving process was very fast and convenient too. The property manager Tim is very nice. He helped us to find a hex key we need for assembling. And the evacuation was smooth.

Nice and clean, well organized, easy access. The property manager Tim is really helpful and enthusiastic. He provided very useful guidance when I first time visited the place. He also does great job in daily maintenance and keeps the whole place really clean and tidy

The property manager Tim is FANTASTIC! Excellent customer service, he goes over and beyond for his customers and the property that he works at. This Public Storage is the cleanest storage unit that I have ever been to. I feel good knowing that my belongings are safe and that Tim is there to help if needed!

Been here for a month now and the experience has been absolutely great.

Starting from the first day, Tim was a gracious host and personally took me around the property and explained how everything worked. He was patient in showing me different size units until I landed in one that I really liked. He explained to me his upkeep/maintenance schedule of the property and I was very impressed by his dedication. As we were leaving, he made sure that my phone app was set up properly to function as a means of getting in.

Over the last month I have been able to get historical data of the temperature for the climate controlled units, and I am happy to say that the temperature is maintained very well.

I am very satisfied with my experience so far and would recommend renting units at this property.

Tim is the best! Walked me through every step of the process and answered all of my questions. Clearly he is a seasoned pro! Even showed me how to use the app and made sure I knew exactly where my unit was before finishing up. Incredibly friendly. I have to mention how clean the facility is! I’ve never seen my own kitchen as clean as he keeps this building. Thanks so much tim!
