It's a cool spot in my opinion. I mean, it is what it is when it comes to selling your items to them. You can't be expecting a huge amount of money. That's why I always set my expectations low. That way I'm either surprised or not. The staff there are cool as well. I haven't had any bad experiences whenever I did go to be honest. I even found a couple of cool pieces here and there! Anyways, My overall experience is relatively positive. I guess those who rated negatively....made the visit terrible on their own dime. That's not my problem though. I'm able to clean out my wardrobe, make a few bucks and donate whatever they don't take!
I'm very happy of how the store has gotten situated and they take items from me everytime I go so it's always worth the trip. Carmen & the crew are all friendly . I love the store still.
