Thank you so much for the customer service, these fine people who are the very ones that are so hard to find, to my surprise I was in and out with the whole experience a breeze in the whole time fooling around having the best of the best of the day ever so good thanks again for your help with each of the things I needed.

Love, Love, Love, this place. They have the Greatest merchandise and Great prices. The Staff is Always Super Friendly, Gracious and Very Helpful.

Plain Jane's is a consignment shop like no other! The incredible goods that they re-sell are of the highest quality for such an affordable price! My husband and I found ourselves walking towards each other with both of our arms full. Needless to say the treasure here are THE BEES KNEES. I am so thankful 🙏 I have found Plain Jane's. They are extraordinary!

Double my 5 stars! Plain Jane's gets 10 ⭐ from me. I have been visiting 2 - 3 times per week since moving to Sonoma and I imagine that habit will continue. I always find fabulous treasures with character for my home and little Healing Shop and Paula is an absolute gem! Thank you!!!

I love that they are open on Saturday. The ladies that work here are very friendly and always get me on my way out very quickly.

I’ve needed many things like quarters, new checks, checks printed the day Of.

I always get what I need. The only think I have to say is a con is the customers. Please come prepared and be getting ready while waiting in line.. it would help the process and I’d be much happier if everyone could come prepared. The Customers!!! Not employees
