Super impressed with my experience having Austin at Hearth Apartments Santa Clara set up my self-guided tour. I was running late and Austin thoughtfully assessed my move in criteria and came up with a plan for me to get a broad tour in with limited time. He was respectful of my time, super friendly, helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable about the properties. He followed up with all the information I needed to continue evaluating options. The amenities at Hearth are also 10/10. I’ve been touring a lot of places and my experience here refreshing and a top experience. Thanks Austin & Hearth!

Me and my partner are about to move in and we couldn’t be more excited! We toured the place with Michelle and it was wonderful! She was patient with us and our indecision, showed us multiple options that aligned with our needs, and answered any questions we had. I have a great feeling about moving here seeing how we’ve been treated so far and can only hope everyone is as great as Michelle was!

Just took a tour at Hearth and highly recommend this place for leasing! Their amenities are awesome with an upper floor swimming pool (fantastic view of mountains) and lots of common rooms including Pingpang and other interesting indoor games! More importantly, they do great maintenance work, all these look like a new apartment (very tidy) but actually have been there since 2014. You will definitely love it if go there personally! Also the employees are very nice and warm, Vincent and Austin from leasing office are very patient to introduce the place and answer all our questions though it's almost late to off work. George who also works here checked if we need help and chatted with us even though we just met on the street (Hearth Pl)! We really felt welcome and say this is somewhere could be homes. So worth your visit and consideration!!
