After a nightmare of an experience of a refrigerator and installation from a reputable big hardware company, Sam arrived to the rescue with an emergency installation of some plumbing to hook up our new fridge as well as replacing a part that had cracked and cased a leak in the main water valve in our house. Sam was professional, honest and knowledgeable and after our experience, we will continue to use this company and request Sam be our technician if possible. I cannot recommend this company enough, same day service was what brought me to this company, however the whole process from start to finish is what will keep me a client here . Francisco was good at getting to my building and drawing up a fair estimate right on the spot. He was professional and I felt so comfortable with him I agreed to service right away.
