Dinnah Casibang, who works in the McClellan Terrace Apartment office is friendly, responsible, and professional. Her response to our request, such as house problem solution, is immediate. We are glad to have her working here. She is a big help and a good friend for the tenants.

I moved into McClellan Terrace apartments in November 2022 and haven’t had any problems so far. Prometheus management has been really thorough in all the paperwork since the beginning. I particularly found working with Dinnah Casibang in the leasing office, a breeze. She always greets people with a smile and tries to work out a solution for whatever problems we go through. She is very cordial and approachable. She even went an extra mile in my case to get through a difficult situation. Thanks for everything Dinnah. The best 2-star Inn I have ever seen. The rooms were clean, the heater wasn't so loud it woke you up every time it went on in the night. The bathroom was so clean it sparkled.

Very comfortable bed. Helpful stuff. There was a problem with tv and they give us new room immediately.

I have no complaints after a two-night stay. My room was very clean, quiet, and I appreciated the recently updated furniture and fixtures. Everything felt well cared for and didn't feel cheap or worn down. The staff was polite and helpful.

Pros: The staff was excellent: very professional and friendly. The location was convenient to the places we needed to go with easy freeway access. Besides having some problems with noisy neighbors, the rooms were relatively quiet especially with being right next to the freeway. The rooms, bathrooms, and linens were very clean. There is no cleaning service during your stay, but we actually prefer this. They left us with plenty of towels for our 5-night stay, and if you want new ones, you can just exchange them at the front desk. The beds were firm, but comfortable.

Cons: Our refrigerator was not cold enough even though it was turned to maximum cooling. There is also not a freezer section if that's important to you. Unfortunately, we had noisy neighbors in the middle of the night during 3 of our 5 nights. It was a complicated situation, but the manager was very apologetic and accommodating. She deliberately left the rooms next to us empty for the last 2 nights.
