(May 13, 2023, 10:53 am)Never had the opportunity to go to store. Had to call though. The associate was very helpful and resourceful.
It’s been three days when I posted what I posted above. Well, yesterday I actually went to the
Store to see what my options were in upgrading my IPad 4. The selection wasn’t what I expected. They only had one style. I decided to take what they had because of the offer they had. I told the associate that I would go with the iPad if they only had a otter box case. Because my old one has been in a otter box ever since I bought it
Back in17’. It was brought up yesterday on how well it was taken care of.
The mgr told me they didn’t have the model of otter box for the
iPad I was going to purchase. So , I kindly said that I’ll go to another store. Before I could turn around and walk towards the
Door. The store mgr was on the phone with another store to locate a otter box. Well, the store did. Manager said he would go get it for me and kindly asked if I’d wait. Within a half hour he returned with the otter box.
Now I have some negatives of the store. The associates could be a little more
Knowledgeable of the products they are selling. The store could have a better inventory. I really don’t want
To order something and wait. The
Young associates need to
Stay out of the back of store while mgr is gone. They need to be involved with the customer even if the customer is waiting.
Now the positive is the associates aren’t pushy. Overall I still keeping a 4 star. -

(March 31, 2023, 5:07 pm)The customer service here has been awesome the several times that I have had to come into the store. I haven't had an issue that the personal couldn't solve. Other locations haven't been nearly as customer focused as this store is.

We are very lucky and happy to met Mr Edgard who helped us unlock our phone. He is a expert technical phone. He is so nicely, wonderful… Now my I phone is unlocked. Next time when my phone have something happened, I will visit him for sure. Hope see you and your store soon Mr Edgard…
