(December 8, 2022, 12:32 pm)Although I did not choose Valley Ridge, I really liked this apartment complex. It was well kept and one of the more updated apartments I viewed in Martinez. And Chris, the community manager, was very helpful and friendly. I ultimately chose another sister company only because it was closer to work.

(September 16, 2022, 6:00 pm)I've lived here now for a little over a year and I have to say this is one of the greatest living experiences I've ever had. There is nothing negative I have to say. The maintenance is handled extremely fast with the best support possible from Luis who is always willing to help and does a phenomenal job 100% of the time. Our Community Manager Chris is one of the nicest and most helpful people I've ever met. Not only is this apartment and apartment complex very well maintained and beautiful but the entire staff makes the experience just fantastic. Its honestly hard to find a reason to move out. Me, my wife , and my dog absolutely love it here and look forward to staying here much longer!

Thank you for thinking of us and supporting my mom with kind word to help ease our burdens. The little things are getting us through each day. Despite the fact that we have lost someone we love, we are lucky to have someone like Marina in our lives to offer her support and help.

(May 20, 2022, 3:02 pm)I’ve been living here for the past year, I’ve transferred from a 1 bedroom to a fantastic 2 bedroom apartment way more spacious, full on renovated …. And what can we say ..we love it ! Luis has been so helpful since we first moved in anytime we need anything he comes in right away treats our dog with love, i always see him outside out and about helping other people with issues this man works incredibly hard and always knows how to fix the issue. All neighbors greet one another with kindness. Overall i been having an excellent experience here.

(May 4, 2022, 11:03 pm)We liked the garden like setting and good size apartments. When we moved in floors were filthy and I rented a carpet cleaner and scrubbed the floors about 3x.
Luis is great, very helpful as maintained person. -

(March 4, 2022, 8:17 pm)This is my first apartment here at Valley Ridge. I have enjoyed every second of my living experience. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly! Today I submitted a maintenance request for my sink. Luis responded within minutes of my request and worked super quick to repair my sink. I have called him to my apartment before and he was able to solve all of the minor issues I’ve had! I appreciate Luis”s hard work! Thankyou for being great!
