Park Place Dental

Well, I am so glad I made the change from my HMO Delta Dental Plan with Kaiser back to a very competent dentist, Dr. Jones, and wonderful staff at Park Place Dental.

Since I qualified to start with Delta Dental HMO through Kaiser, I have had nothing but one issue after another with each office I went to. I never made it to the fourth office because of what happened just over the phone. Not only was the staff rude telling me if I don’t like it, I can go elsewhere, another office without a hygienist, they totally screwed up my appointment. I was supposed to get a cleaning and x-rays and exam by the dentist which I was already seeing a red flag but they told me I was not getting my teeth cleaned and I was only getting x-rays snd exam and couldn’t tell me when I would get a cleaning. What is that all about?

These offices are just a money machine where they have so many patients and not enough staff and they make you come back and forth for something you could have done all at the same time. I never have seen such unprofessional dental offices in my life. Plus, believe me, you’re not getting a deal. If you had the list of what the charges were supposed to be and what they actually charge, you would know what I’m talking about. Try to get that from Delta Dental. It’s next to impossible.

If only I had read the reviews on these Delta Dental offices and saw that they only received between two and 2 1/2 stars, I definitely would not have used the plan as long as I did. Some of the people in the reviews complained about exactly what I felt. Others had very bad experiences in other ways.

Not so with Park Place Dental. Five star rating with lots of reviews. One good thing said about them after another. How can you go wrong!

Thank you Dr. Jones, Barbi and staff! I really do appreciate having confidence now when I go to the dentist. I want my teeth to last and I was afraid I wasn’t getting good care with Delta Dental. I think the plan is very flawed.

I started going to Dr. Jones about a year now. I feel very comfortable there and the entire staff is very friendly and professional! So happy to find a dentist so welcoming and knowledgeable. The hygienist Michele is the best!

This was the first time I had been to the dentist in way too long and was met with nothing but wonderful staff which immediately made me feel comfortable. Rather than make me feel ashamed for not keeping up with my dental care Dr. Jones made me feel comfortable and we made a plan to move forward and get back on track. The office was welcoming, clean and not overly crowded which was great. As a cash paying client I also felt my estimates for work needed were very fair and manageable.

Michael is the best dentist in the world! Best staff too! Been going for over 20 years and it’s always happy and pain-free experience. Thank you Dr Jones and Staff! You’ve got a patient for life. K

They were awesome. Everyone super friendly and helpful. First appointment was just supposed to be X-rays and see the Dentist real quick. Day prior called and said they had a cleaning available right after. They did a great job and were super easy dealing with billing and my benefits. So glad to have found my new dentist!
