(August 16, 2022, 10:56 am)This place is INCREDIBLE. They’ve restored clothes with stains so set in that I even bought a second one, assuming it would be impossible after so many months. Not this place - returned like brand new.
They’ve removed stains of unknown origins on the one item I know that when I wear I will feel good. I was stressed thinking about all the effort it would take in trying to find something to come close enough in replacing it. Like a miracle it’s gone AND they went above and beyond in addressing the complete garment like discolored spots, without me having asked. It’s better than I could’ve expected.
They tailored a dress I had plans to donate into something I wanted to wear in time for a wedding. The amount of money and time this saved me!
In the past I’ve had items returned to me after dry cleaning with wear in the texture of fabric and the luster rubbed off buttons. I assumed that’s the result of the cleaning solution that has to be used. Never has a garment been returned to me anything other than better than how I dropped it off at this place. So much so that I feel emboldened to invest in my wardrobe, knowing that they’ll be taken care of at this dry cleaners.
There have been so many wow moments with this place that it’s embarrassing it’s taken so long to write a review, but it’s not something I usually do. It’s open for a reason, the regulars all know. Maybe I’m breaking unspoken rules by sharing how amazing we know this place is.
