(June 23, 2023, 12:06 am)Honestly I’ve had such bad experiences with dental offices and front desk receptionist being rude, but visiting Pannu dental group has been such a great experience thanks to Elizabeth she’s helped me so much with insurance, payment plans, and being supper open with my complicated schedule. She is so professional with all my questions and me being anxious about getting braces but she has calmed me and been supper helpful and giving such amazing tips. Everyone is just so nice and my Otho appointments have been going smooth thanks to her. My family loves it here so glad I found it cause of Elizabeth !

(June 12, 2023, 6:15 pm)I’ve been to a few Pannu dental offices, and while all of them are great with customer service, I’d say this location has the best one. Today, I went in for a consultation for my son’s braces. The doctor was very kind and patient. Most of all, Pam, who worked at the front office, was the best. She was extremely patient, and made me feel comfortable asking questions. It helped me make my decision to have my son’s braces done here because of how she accommodated my concerns and questions. Dealing with insurance and other monetary concerns can be awkward, so I really thank her for guiding me through that process. I highly recommend this place, and thank you Pam for providing excellent customer service.

(June 10, 2023, 12:38 pm)I’ve been going to Pannu Dental for years, and I go back every time. Dr. Pannu has a lot experience and he’s very sweet. He transformed my teeth and made me comfortable with all my treatments. Carol and Pamila work at the front desk and are one of the sweetest… they are always willing to work around my crazy work schedule. Would recommend this dentist to everyone.
