Pacifica Police Department

i just want to show appreciation for officer A. C. #59 who responded to a call I placed on Sat 04.23.22.
The call was in repsonse to unusual activity at my next door neighbors. They are away and we watch each other. Officer #59 was super professional, and verified the address was vacant, performed a check to verify that there was no open windows. My neighborhood is F. West and panhandlers are transiting the area. One asking for money while I was washing my car. Over reacting? Not really. If you want a safe neighborhood be the change.

I have had nothing but good things to say about these men and women. They have had respect for me as a citizen and done their job above and beyond the call of duty. The Pacifica police department seem to be very knowledgeable with regards to the law and I could not of asked for faster service when I have needed there assistance. Keep up the great work.

I called Pacifica Police Department for a wellfare check on my sister, because I live 3 hours away. The call taker was very nice and helpful, as well as the officer who went out of his way to make sure my sister was safe and well. It's so nice to be treated like a human being and not like a fast food order. Bravo to the Pacifica Police Department!!

Pacifica has one of the best police departments around! These people went above and beyond to help me and my son out with what I thought was a lost cause. I’ve lived all over the U.S, and this department is top notch!

I had my fingerprints taken and the officer was immediately available, polite, very helpful and an all around great experience with my community police department. There was another person there trying to get a report and she wasn't able to get it. That officer listened to her and did all she could to make the person feel a little heard even when she wasn't going to give her the report. Great example of how these institutions are supposed to be!
