2016 was a very Hot market, everyone was putting extra on top of the listing price and that is where Amit's expertise in negotiation came handy for us. He also suggested the price points and gave us good guideline on terms & contingency period. It was a pretty straight forward deal.

Amit's Webinar work wonders. It greatly helped me clarify the doubts on home buying and the financing and making the decision.
