OutFit Fitness

I have been coming to Outfit Fitness off and on for about 20 years. If you are looking for a good outdoor workout that is also fun and inclusive this is it!!!
As my body ages and because of injuries (not Outfit related)
and some surgeries (Shoulder bicep etc) I have had to modify my workouts. The coaches are really great about showing me modified options that still give me a good workout.
The hikes are also AWESOME!! They are usually hilly and challenging so you will get an excellent workout. Eric does give alternative options for shorter, less strenuous routes for those that need that option (And sometimes I do) and then we all come back together at a designated spot and continue on. The hikes are fun and a great way to get some fresh air, learn about the area, chat with friends and meet new people.

Eric's morning bootcamp classes are the BEST way to start the day! Great workout, great setting, great people. Every class is different, hitting all the major muscle groups over the course of the week. Eric even provides modifications & advanced challenge options so that everyone is pushed to their personal best. My body has never felt stronger, and I LOVE the outdoor setting. So refreshing!! Everyone is so friendly, and Eric himself is the perfect balance of coach, drill sergeant, and "gal pal" ;)

Also... his Urban Hikes are SO MUCH FUN! Best weekend activity ever!

Just found out he also does corporate retreats based on adventures and strategic convos... going to tell some of my CEO clients about that!

I've been coming to outfit for about 8 months now, and I've truly fallen in love with spending the workout hour in nature, under the beautiful trees, birdsong in your ears, an interesting community to bond with and engaged, caring instructors; truly invested in helping you get stronger and fitter. I couldn't recommend Outfit more -- (and I feel great).

I’ve been an outfit member for 18 years, good for mind and body alike. Met some lifelong friends, keeps me in shape and love working out in such a beautiful park. Highly recommended for getting or keeping in shape. Great trainers!

I love working out, and how could you not enjoy exercising outside under a blue sky with like minded people. The Outfit group are great and Eric, Mo and Mia make it such fun. Washington Park is so nice in the morning, and it's a great way to start the day. Eric's hikes that he arranges are also amazing. He somehow always manages to find interesting little areas and nooks and crannies to explore along the way. Never a dull moment. I thoroughly recommend Outfit Fitness.
