I am exceedingly grateful to Virginia Downing, as she led me to get help for my son that I didn't even know he needed. The information she generously shared with me led me to seek specialist support for my son including a sleep study. He has been diagnosed with severe sleep apnea, and I would never have known this without Virginia's support. Virginia has been treating me for a tongue tie, with great success so far, but in her generous sharing of information and resources, I was able to find the support my son needs as well. She is a wealth of information. I highly recommend contacting her if you or your children are experiencing snoring, sleep issues, jaw/facial development issues, and more.

Been going here for years getting my rims, for years they can find you every rim that you ever wanted but the turnaround time sometimes can be slow

Put 22s on my Q50…. No rub no lift needed as promised…. Great customer service… great quality products… I have no complaints and will be going in soon to put rims on my Camry ( gas saver ) very soon. Great place to spend your money if your looking to stay satisfied.

I met Virginia a little over 2 years ago. I was 34 and suffering from debilitating 24-48 hr migraines 1-2 times a week. A friend commented that my minor tongue tie might be the cause. The tie didn’t hinder speech and my mom thought it didn’t hinder feeding (but asking her a few questions made it clear that it did) so doctors never fixed it. Long story long, I met Virginia, she gave me exercises to do...and I got my tongue released by Dr Z. I’m a week or two shy of my 2 year release-aversary but I am migraine free for a few months! I still get occasional bad headaches stemming from the tongue tie, but they are getting less severe and less frequent each month. She is amazing and I’ve made it my mission to tell every parent I know about obvious and not obvious tongue ties.

Virginia is so gentle, putting my shy six year old son at ease as she evaluated his breathing, tongue and bite. She has very achievable goals as far as exercises to do and a pocket full of practitioners to suggest if you need further care. So glad we came here to address my son's lisp, mouth breathing and tongue tie (now we know).
