(March 10, 2021, 5:21 pm)We're just clearing out a home of someone who has moved into assisted living, so we don't know much about the place. It does seem clean and quiet and convenient for driving to the freeway

(March 13, 2019, 5:08 pm)It's a nice looking mobile homes park. Area seemed clean. There are shallow speed breakers to avoid speeding throughout the park. It's huge.. Probably has over 100 mobile homes.

(October 17, 2018, 1:54 pm)We live here and this park is amazing! The new manager is really nice and is keeping everything cleaned up very well. Definitely recommend living here if you can. Only reason im giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because the process to get accepted is a lengthy one. And theres no guarantee you can get accepted.
