There very nice ,and helpful and you in and out in about 20-30mins. (For hearing test,they offer a free hearing test. The lady's are great. The make you really feel welcome

Absolutely wonderful staff, they are all so very polite and helpful in all aspects. Highly recommend.
Even if they aren't able to help you they go out of their way to provide resources. Would use again

I've had a great experience with Connect Hearing and a very competent audiologist. Got a wonderful pair of new Phonak Lumity hearing aids.

Very helpful, they did my exam for little to no cost knowing that I was going to have
to get hearing aids elsewhere because of my insurance. Thanks for the great service. I would highly recommend them as they are genuinely concerned about your condition.

I got in a good mood just by sitting and waiting for my appointment. Charleen and, I think, Tara made me feel welcome. Jacynda is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She took time to explain and I felt well taken care of. I also thank you very much for my hearing aid trial and I never felt pushed to buy.
I can highly recommend this Connect Hearing facility with excellent service and wonderful staff!
