We had to sell our family home in a Buyer’s Market weeks after the market turned and interest rates skyrocketed. Oliver and Jill took their time meeting with us to understand our needs and circumstances. They expertly guided our listing and provided powerful data to set a sales strategy. They were creative and innovative in marketing our home, connected us with stagers and were present for their installations, coordinated with contractors when work was required by the city, and seamlessly partnered with the buyers' agents and title company. They did everything. When we had a solid buyer with an offer on the table, Oliver and Jill continued to hold open houses to generate backup offers to safeguard the sale of the house. They generated so much buzz that other realtors were coming to their open houses to ask for advice and to see what they were doing differently. We watched closely as other homes went through price reduction after price reduction, sitting for months on the market. Oliver and Jill found a buyer and our home was pending two weeks after going on the market.

We were first time sellers and they patiently took their time to answer all of our questions and send us research and materials. We were concerned that they worked in the South Bay and would be unfamiliar with our East Bay neighborhood or unavailable due to the 50 mile distance. We could not have been more wrong. They continuously commuted to show our home, hold open houses, meet with vendors and got the job done like they lived in town. After searching diligently for over 2 years for our first home, we met Jill at an open house, and instantly knew she should represent us in our continuing search. Within a month of meeting Jill, we found the perfect house, made an offer that was accepted, and rolled right into escrow. Jill is our lucky charm! Both she and Oliver (business partners) have excellent listening skills and follow-through. They kept all parties (us, the loan officer, the title company, the buyer's realtor) on high gear until escrow closed within 3 weeks.
