(September 6, 2021, 9:39 pm)If you're anywhere in the Livermore Valley and are considering renting a truck, this location is by far the biggest and most reliable. I've been burned in the past in going to small shops and finding they don't have the truck size I needed, despite the fact that I'd booked it way ahead of time. So, even though you might have to travel a little bit further, just go ahead and go straight for this place.
On the other hand, if you ask for extras (furniture mats, dollies etc), make you they've included them before you leave the lot. I checked myself and found my dollies etc missing, which makes sense if they turned around the truck quickly from a return that just happened. If they're more focused on getting the truck out the door, then they're probably not too concerned with making sure the entire order is fulfilled.
