Oakmont of Mariner Point

I’ve been working here for 4 years.I love working with my co employees. We helped each other, to give the best care for residents. The staffs are great, our bosses are very understanding and friendly.Residents and the family are also nice,.there’s a lot of opportunity in other community but it’s too hard to leave all this Residents whose been close to me now.

Hi - I had a chance to spend a few days with mom at Oakmont this week
I was very impressed with your teams’ care staff, and the great job they do with all of their varied responsibilities.

Though there are many competent staff on day and night teams, ***** (workers name withheld for privacy), showed love for mom and others, that was heartfelt and genuine. She also took time to connect with our family in many little, but sincere ways. She could write a book on ‘loving the elderly’ in her care, but a 2 minute video of her ‘doing her thing’ would tell the whole story!!
Again, thanks for being there for mom, and the rest of the ‘memory care family’

I have worked in this facility for 3 years. At the beginning of my journey with Oakmont it was a bumpy ride due to lack of inadequate supervisors. I stuck with the company because the residents were always pleasant. The facility is small yet beautiful, this makes it is easier to connect with residents and their families. Fast forward to now, we have stable and great supervisors who are passionate about senior living and everyone works well together. Staff continue to recieive on going training so as a nurse here that makes me feel content. I have worked in many senior facilities and none are perfect but here at Mariner Point they do really strive to keep residents and employees happy.

As you can see from the pictures, this Oakmont is a lovely place at the Marina. The living arrangements are like that of a five-star hotel. The staff is so friendly and helpful. When I visited my friend, I was pleased to see he was eating good food, the best of care from staff and it is easy to get to Oakmont. The community is thriving with plenty of stores to shop from: Safeway, Target, and a plethora of dining areas.
