4 because of the friendly staff. less one star because apparently, not all toys has been tried or been properly demonstrated or explained by someone who have. yes some devices to not work after a while or short while. but if you are willing to we can set up a discreet and hygeinic way of repairing this for you at a friendly price. so far 6 toys all broke after sometime.. i repaired them all... low cost... if need to contact me call the owner and have him post a reply on my review and will reply with contact info...even cars and phones get broken, low cost low life span rule for any type of usable product i guess...
