Lovely well kept mobile home park.
Nice retirement life style for 55+ folks.
Only people with good credit and good monthly income can be a home owner here.

Niles Canyon is a retiree preferred location beside a beautiful mountain and rocky running trail slough. For application you need to provide income proof of two point five times higher than a quoted mortgage loan payment plus space land fee. Mobile Home loan quotes include property insurance. Consider property tax and utilities such as water,garbage and pg&e as separate monthly fees to be considered. If you are accepted under property management then point of sale is next step. Hard copy application provided by property management staff. Ample backyards with trees are available. It has a hospital nearby and shopping malls available.Very clean and well maintained properties. Neighbors were friendly seniors.
