I love Natura Health and Wellness! I've been going for maybe two years now for accupuncture from Miero and it's helped me so much! She's helped me with stomach symptoms from crohn's disease, poor sleep, anxiety, back pain, headaches, she even helped me get over a cold faster! This place is key to my self care routine. I have had multiple treatments from Dr. Erika over the past half year. Her technique is extremely gentle and relaxing. I am needle sensitive so I really appreciate her ability to provide a treatment that is both relaxing and effective. I was experiencing a constant deep discomfort in my lungs and throat. After several treatments and taking an herbal remedy almost all of my symptoms have cleared. I am no longer suffering from a burning discomfort in my chest. And my nagging sore throat is now a thing of the past. I feel like I am on a solid road to recovery. I can’t recommend having a treatment here enough.

When she was a student and afterwards as well, Erika always tutored, exemplifying the important role of being a doctor, and that is to teach, bringing that into her practice. She encourages and helps those around her to peace of mind and good health.
