Their services have been nothing short of top-tier each time I’ve worked with them, even during busy seasons. Not sure what the disconnect could be, but I highly doubt the company is truly at fault a majority of the time…

They walked us through the whole process step by step without overwhelming us or stressing us out at any time. They were patient, supportive and above all else helpful in every aspect of our journey. From explaining the process, helping us gather up documents, communicating with people and answering any questions we had in a timely manner, we always felt like we were a priority and we appreciated that.

Most companies would find a way to place the blame on the customer, so I was very impressed that they were willing to take responsibility and resolve the situation.
