(August 15, 2022, 5:22 am)Got reasonable care for my elderly, uncooperative Portuguese Water Dog. Doctor was correct to decline to do anything further once he diagnosed that she had terminal cancer. Diagnosis was spot on and we had to put her down a few weeks later. Far from inexpensive, but I suspect that most vets in this area charge similarly.

(July 4, 2022, 9:57 pm)We’ve been taking our Labrador Retriever rescue dogs to Dr. Taylor for over 20 years. He has always been kind to our dogs, he’s knowledgeable and caring and patiently explains what’s going on and our options for care. He and his staff are responsive and show great love of animals. We highly recommend Miramonte Veterinary Hospital.

(September 17, 2021, 11:47 pm)Have seen some reviews on staff friendliness and cost of care at the hospital and all I can say is:
1) Dr Taylor and his staff were upfront about cost, gave me quotes before agreeing to provide any additional services. Prices were fair, similar to other clinics I have been to
2) Were nice and explained exactly what they were doing
I brought both dogs in for routine checkups, the doctor was thorough, and then I brought one dog back for skin allergies. The doctor explained what we needed to prescribe to help relieve the allergies and we did it. 2 weeks later, his skin is all cleared up and better.
Will be going back for future care
