(January 28, 2023, 1:36 pm)I brought my bike in for my 4 year old to get training wheels since he was having trouble adjusting from his strider Bike. Jarrett took the bike and said, let’s just take the pedals off and make it a strider. Then we noticed the seat was a little too high for him so he sawed the seat input down to give him a better chance of balancing, since going back to training wheels would reverse the balance he’d already learned. And he did it just bc he wants to see my son enjoy riding his bike. Really nice guy and great bike shop.

Couldn't figure out how to attach the front wheel, so we took it in to the shop. The staff was AMAZING! I called in before going, and the manager (Sal, or Steve, if I remember correctly) remembered my name and got my bike checked out quickly. Your technicians and store staff at the Walnut Creek store are phenomenal! I know I'll be purchasing any bike-related products only from your stores moving forward. Thanks again!

They're extremely knowledgeable about every type of bike (including electric).
