Paul Metayo is an incredible teacher and fighter with a very impressive list of accomplishments. Everyone involved in this gym is extremely welcoming and kind. I’ve been attending these classes for four months and have seen immense improvements, more than I could’ve imagined. I have lost 22 pounds, have more energy, and feel so much better everyday. This gym has done wonders for me. And it can for you too! The price is extremely Low for all the value you get from these classes, don’t miss out!!!

In addition, he creates a welcoming environment that is conducive to learning, with no shortage of interesting and funny stories. Since training with Master Paul, I've seen improvement to my health and my confidence in defending myself.
