She was patient, attentive, and listened very well and empathetically to my brother's history and thoroughly assessed his history and condition before prescribing any medication. We returned several times over the course of a few months for follow-up visits and check-ups, where she tweaked the medication to make it easier and more sustainable on him.
Esmeralda is an amazing and meticulous case manager, also very empathetic. She carefully guided us through the transition process to Central Wellness clinic, where they took over for ongoing care.
The front desk staff work really hard to schedule appointments and give reminders, and even did the best they can during Covid times. Highly recommend this facility for getting treatment for your loved one in a critical time. Thank you to all the staff at MHUC. -

(May 25, 2018, 1:06 pm)Showed up there having issues with depression and they did their best to help me out. It took a couple of days for me to get to see someone but they seem like they're serving this entire county so it makes since.
They pulled strings to get me the meds I needed and successfully did so without me having health insurance in this county.
Overall id say it may take some time but they give excellent service.
