We have been taking visitor insurance for our parents through them for several years now and have never had any issues. When we had to submit claims, the Claims department was extremely helpful every single step of the way, right from helping fill out the claim submission forms, to following up with the insurance company, all the way up to making sure that we received the refund amount. They are extremely approachable over phone calls and emails and as a customer, that is very comforting.
