I called Maus Electric when we lost our power one evening and Laurie answered the phone. She was responsive and listened thoroughly to my concerns. Within half an hour, Rod and Laurie arrived to our home and Rod opened our electric panel and started assessing the breakers. What I appreciated the most was that Rod patiently explained to me what the issue was and what steps he was taking to fix it. He was good humored and not dismissive of me and my concerns. Rod has been an electrician for several decades and is very skilled at what he does. Laurie also shared some of her wisdom with me as well. As a panicky new homeowner, I found this experience to be so refreshing and reassuring. In our world today, it's rare when people actually take the time to share their craft, their time, their wisdom and their services -- with the goal of helping out someone. I am so incredibly appreciative of Rod and Laurie's approach! I highly highly recommend supporting this small, family business!

Called them for an emergency issue.. Lori helped us figure out who did the work previously (whom didn’t do the work originally correct)… and advised me to call them.. because it should be under warranty. She didn’t get our business this time but will have all future work!

Once you have worked with Maus Electric, you will never have to search for another Electric company again. My wife and I have worked with Maus ( Laurie, Rod & Ryan ) Electric through the years, and could not be more satisfied and happy with the work they have done at our home.

I recommend highly anyone that needs electrical assistance at residence or company to give them a call.
