I have been in Mark Christians space three times, experiencing profound somatic journeys that enabled me to let my otherwise overpowering mind be, without forcing it away, he put me into a state of presence with my body and subtle energies through accessing planes beyond mind. This in turn made it possible to open up to receiving tvm sessions on a deep level, that my body otherwise would struggle to be receptive to.
Mark Christian creates a safe container where the focus is on what comes up - body, mind, soul - without judgement, gently guiding me into a state of profound yet peaceful release.

Mark Christian’s somatic practice was absolutely wonderful! He took the time to inquire about my needs and wants prior to the practice. He was very detailed in his questions and answers. It was my very first time taking part in a somatic massage and Mark Christian made me feel very comfortable and at ease.
