(September 16, 2022, 4:58 pm)I drove from Half Moon Bay to try the Ceviche & Aguachili. Wow, this didn’t disappoint. By far the best I’ve had, not just in the Bay Area, but in general 🙌
Hilario was nice enough to give me a sneak peak into the small unassuming kitchen where we works his magic.

(June 21, 2022, 5:32 pm)Well, a pretty unusual place as it's a tiny little take out corner in a small supermarket in Richmond. The owner spoke to us and indicated that he's been there for a year after starting his take out place from his home. But the authorities intervene and now he operates from a little funky corner. But the ceviche and the shrimp aquachiles was excellent, both coming in plastic cups filled to the brim. I would say the aquachiles was the best of the two, filled with shrimp and vegetables, lime and chile. I would definitely come back for the aquachile.
