Tasha has completely changed my life in regards to fitness. I have lost over 20 pounds, gained muscle, and have the best relationship with food I’ve ever had. She has a wholistic approach to wellness that other trainers I’ve hired didn’t have. My other trainers told me to cut calories and cut carbs, but tasha has taught me that I can still enjoy the things I love but lose weight. My other friends complain that they’ve hit a plateau with weight loss, well that won’t happen with tasha! She’s constantly making our workouts more challenging, so even though I feel stronger than ever, I consistently feel challenged. Thanks Radha for helping me develop a healthier lifestyle!
