Breanna's professionalism has made me contemplate renewing my tenancy. I was with Anchor for a few years and now I am so impressed with the cleanliness and the great experience. Spoke with Rich throughout my quote + rental process and he was friendly, professional, very communicative and thoroughly explained all the questions I had. Since I didn't need my unit immediately, Rich held a unit for me for the standard 5 days and then sent over the rental agreement so that I didn't have to pay an additional pro-rated fee, which was not necessary but very generous. Upon arriving to handle the rental agreement and take possession of the unit, Rich was on-site and explained the facility and its security features, which includes a custom buzz code that must be entered upon check-in and check-out. I am renting a unit for 12 months while I wait to move into my new home and it's been so easy to come/go from the facility as I stop by my unit. Also, it is clean and well kept, and the units are taken care of. Highly recommend!!
