Sue Lukrich is an amazing travel agent. She was everything you hope for and desire when planning a large complicated, not so straight forward trip. Sue worked with me and 31 members of my family to plan a reunion at sea on the Carnival Inspiration in July 2018. She addressed all our personal requests with calm and patience. She secured us rooms grouped together, kept us apprised via email with need to know information well in advance of the deadline for any particular deliverable. Her emails were organized and simple to understand. Finally, she surprised each of us with appreciation gifts both upon our arrival onboard and at dinner the first evening. It was an unexpected gesture that was so kind and thoughtful. I give Sue two very strong thumbs up and recommend her for any future large groups seeking to plan a vacation getaway!
