It is clean. Nice Area. Easy access to stores and freeways. The rooms are not new, but we'll maintained. they have a full size refrigerator, sink, stove top, and kitchen counter space. The view was wonderful looking out at the boats It is very close to the fairy ( walking distance) there is a laundry room. They have free coffee, muffins, oatmeal, granola bars, and oranges available in the morning.

Rooms are very clean and everything is accurately advertised. The manager (Lauren) went over and above to accommodate us with a room that suited our needs for which we are very grateful. The views are great and the beds comfy, extra blankets and towels are provided if requested. Staff is friendly and helpful, it's a good place to stay while visiting Alameda!

Really like this hotel. Pretty cost effective for longer stays, and such a lovely location on the waters edge. Really feels like a home away from home. Sure the rooms could benefit from better sound proofing, the water pressure is a bit low for great showers, and the breakfast is nothing more than a coffee and a muffin, but overall well recommended.
