I went to her store to get a brand new look, and I brought a picture of an Asian short hair style. She was able to design the style with respect to my face shape, and the outcome is even better than I expected. Additionally, she layered my hair in such a way so that my hair has more volume than before. I am so happy with it, and I will be a regular customer. -

Most people don't have a perfect symmetrical head including me, and Lucy knows how to balance that with personalized haircut. Plus, she taught me how to do day-to-day maintenance. Overall, it's a very nice experience.
