I brought in two skirts to be altered to a smaller waist line. The work was very well done and I can't even tell where the alteration was made. It does take one-two weeks for Lois to be done but given the high quality of the work I don't mind. The prices were quite reasonable too.

I had two flannel shirts that fit a bit too large for me on the sleeves and for the length of shirt for one of them. Additionally, the design of one of the fabrics seemed a bit tricky to tailor. Lois, however, with her years of professional experience was able to cleverly alter them perfectly to fit my desired length - I was extremely impressed. This was my first time ever getting clothing tailored and I was very fortunate to have had the opportunity to find an expert craftsman in herself. Prior communication on the details of the alteration process was impeccable and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend anyone looking for professional alterations to come here!

She did a excellent job with my suit alteration. I needed my jacket sleeves to be shorter and the fit to be tighter. The jacket looks and feels great. In addition customer service was phenomenal and made me feel very comfortable. I would 10/10 recommend.
