Absolutely amazing service here. Jason was amazing. He was so friendly and just made my moving experience so much less stressful. The process of getting into the unit was easy and made a horrible day so much better. Thank you!!

As soon as I walked in and was greeted by Jason, I felt comfortable! He made the process easy and was very pleasant. I feel at ease knowing that both Jason & Jaydin are there and my stuff is secure. I highly recommend the facility as it’s clean and easy to deal with the staff.

100% would choose Oakley Gateway Self Storage to rent from again! Rented my unit in 2020 after shopping around. They had the best prices and it is a really nice location. I never had any issues and the communication with both Jason and Jaydin was amazing! They’re both super friendly and make sure they answer any questions you have. They made the move out process so easy as well and if I ever need storage again I’ll definitely be back!

Jason was amazing! I needed a short term rental, he helped me find the right space at the right time with an amazing price!

I have never had a person ask me if I could use more space for less money! He was so helpful!

Super personable, quick, and kind! I was adding boxes to my unit within 15 minutes. The facility is wonderfully kept, 24/7 surveillance makes me know my belongings are SAFE. Thank you Jason for all of your assistance!

Update**: When staff is available they are helpful, but there has been a lack of presence at the office with the sign saying they are open but the doors are locked and office is empty. Came to the office twice once at 11 AM, and the other at 3:30 PM with no one inside and no one answering the phones all week.

Great Place for storage with lots different sized options, been using them for almost 2 years. Prices are great, and Jason the manager is very friendly and always very helpful. Always clean, and easy to handle account payments.
